W Guangzhou I by Inagiku Japanese restaurant is pleased to introduce a special set menu by the master chef Makoto Yumoto, who opened the first Inagiku restaurant in Hong Kong. Having worked at Royal Garden Hotel in Hong Kong and around the world in Tokyo, Shanghai, Los Angeles, Malaysia and Taipei, now with over 25years of experience in traditional Japanese cuisine, will present a special tailored made set menu from February 15th to 18th, a harmonious blend of Japanese originality and tradition with a vibrancy of contemporary accents to I by Inagik in W Guangzhou.
 
 
Chef Yumoto offers a delicacy and artistry in approach to his set menu. The set menu's inspiration derived from his restaurant Unaji, which incorporates the focus of healthy eating into the lavish varieties of modern offerings, such as seafood, beef & pork hotpot. "I am very excited to be here to cultivate a special set menu for the first W hotel in China", said Chef Makoto Yumoto. Like some deep philosophy, the set menu, almost in sympathy with the surrounding Japanese elements of I by Inagiku and the presentation of "Karesnsui" of its restaurant ceiling.

"IPPONGI" Sake Master to create the perfect pairing of the Special Kaiseki Dinner at W Guangzhou


W Guangzhou’s Japanese Cuisine I by Inagiku presents the “Ippongi” Sake Special Kaiseki Dinner on December 7th, 2013. “Ippongi” Sake is a historical sake brewery which was found in 1902. It’s located in Katsuyama City - one of Japan’s best rice growing regions. A customized designed eight-course dinner by W Guangzhou’s Japanese Chef Eiji Nakamura in perfect pairing with seven different kinds of sake by Ippongi. Throughout the night, guest will be given an intimate lesson on how to make the perfect pairing with your food and sake. During the night, guest will have a chance to win an exclusive souvenir and lucky draw by Ippongi and W Guangzhou.

"Mystery Dinner", Pay What You Think It's Worth!

From Sep. 16 to Oct. 15, Shizuku Japanese Restaurant of JW Marriott Shenzhen will introduce a creative dinning concept -"Pay What You Think It's Worth" for a mystery dinner, which is first time launched in Shenzhen.


Guests will be served a "Mystery" set menu prepared by our Japanese Chef, Eiji Nakamura, for the dinner. Just like you ask for "Omakase" set menu, you don't know what you are having for the dinner until the food is served to your table.
The difference between "Mystery Dinner" and "Omakase" set menu is how the prices are decided.
That is the uniqueness of this promotion...
If you ask for "Omakase" means "Please give me what you got the best for the meal. I don't care about the price" and the chef will decide the price according to what kind of ingredients he/she used for the meal. But, the price for "Mystery Dinner" is decided by the guests! Guests can decide the price according to their feelings towards the food, service, ambiance or the overall dining experiences.
